If Dorrit Brandt is elected at the Finansforbundet's National Congress as president, Finansforbundet in Nordea's board is prepared for the new situation and will subsequently appoint Kasper Skovgaard Pedersen ad interim as its new president and Mette Balck Mejlby as vice president

Never before have so many participated in Finansforbundet in Nordea’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). At this year's AGM, the theme was ‘Connecting members and challenging decisions’, and the night was filled with contested elections, political statements, debate and beer tasting

The union representatives are Finansforbundet in Nordea’s ambassadors in everyday life. They are the local voice that represent the members in the dialogue with the manager, and they forward important input, enabling the board to putting topics on the agenda more generally. Dialogue, community and relationship are among the themes that have been important in this year's seminars and meetings with the trusted employees
