'A fantastic person and a super colleague' Will YOUR colleague win the Skulderklap prize next time?

This has led to many moving stories from the winners, who have been surprised by their colleagues - and to even more nominations. This testifies to the incredible number of Nordea colleagues who go the extra mile for the community every day. It can be someone who always gives a helping hand. Someone who always shows care and empathy. Someone who makes the mood rise a few degrees as soon as they show up at the door. Or... You decide what it takes to be the Nordea employee's equivalent to 'Superman'.

If you have a colleague who does something special, you have to be fast if you want he or she taken into consideration.

Nominate your colleague by 14 October at this link.

Skulderklap 2023

Watch the short film with a short extract of previous nominations of colleagues who ended up winning the Skulderklap prize. The nomination texts shown are in Danish.

All nominated colleagues are celebrated with breakfast etc. in their local team – regardless of whether they win or not. Six colleagues make it all the way and win this year's Skulderklap prize. They are celebrated with a diploma, lunch and a prize of DKK 5,000.

You must be at least two colleagues who are behind the nomination, and you are welcome to be many more (e.g. a team). You can nominate all colleagues working in Denmark, but only members of Finansforbundet in Nordea will be eligible to win. On 5 December we will announce the names of the six winners, who will be celebrated at Finansforbundet in Nordea's birthday on 12 January.

Good luck with the nominations! Maybe your colleague - or yourself - will win?!
