"Over the past year, we have worked intensely to get the L to fill more of the PLD," Finansforbundet of Nordea's board member Mona Svan begins the video, which you can see below.

This has happened through webinars and events where Nordea colleagues have invited the union.

"The timing turned out to be just right. As of this year's Goal setting, it is now mandatory to set goals for both Performance and for Learning ", says board member Pierre Christensen.

Development is more than taking a course

Mona and Pierre have an important recommendation:

Mona and Pierre, together with the rest of the board, look forward to talk much more about development when Finansforbundet i Nordea invites to a Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 25 March at 18.00-21.30.

It’s almost last chance if you want to join: By March 10, you must have signed up here. You can choose between participating physically at Scandic Sluseholmen or virtually (at the workplace with your colleagues or from home). The deadline for signing up with overnight stay at Scandic Sluseholmen is now overdue.
