Are you facing new challenges and looking for new solutions? A mentoring course may well be the answer. A mentor is your personal sparring partner who helps you navigate through the opportunities and challenges you encounter in your work life.

Your mentor will be an experienced manager or specialist who has been certified by KMP+ House of Mentoring. Our mentor corps has been chosen on the basis of their work experience and ability to develop other people. We match you and your mentor on the basis of results from a career report, written mentee forms and follow-up interviews. We also attach great importance to, i.a., professional and personal skills, geography, challenges, experience and what you want from the course.

Programme and price

The mentoring course consists of eight meetings lasting between one to one and a half hours with your Business + Mentor within a 10-month period. In order to prepare you for the role of mentee and ensure that you get more out of the programme, you will receive a mentee kit before the first meeting with your mentor. This will consist of the “Mentor+Guide” book, a logbook and a set of mentor role cards, as well as access to a virtual mentoring platform (Mentor+Universe) containing tools and inspiration. As a member of Finansforbundet, your price is DKK 5,000 for the entire programme.
