The letter U, and therefore our union representatives (TR's), is one of the most important letters in this A-Z guide.
Our approximately 170 union representatives across all business areas in Danske Bank are our extended arms, sharp ears and watchful eyes throughout the organisation.
They are often the first point of contact for members and help us identify situations where rules are not being followed or where employee wellbeing may be a concern.
This is why we invest significant resources in training our union representatives and regularly provide TR-specific education targeted union representatives in Danske Bank.
Union representative elections are held every three years across the group, with the next election scheduled for late 2027. However, if a TR position becomes vacant in your area, it's possible to become a union representative sooner.
Talk to the union representative in your area if you would like to learn more, or contact us directly.
