What is important to you?

Salary, flexibility, skill development or something else entirely? Participate in the collective agreement member survey and influence your collective agreement!

In the spring of 2023, we will negotiate your collective agreement with Finanssektorens Arbejdsgiverforening – and your input as a member is a crucial foundation for the demands we will take to the negotiating table.

Therefore, in February 2022 we are conducting a huge member survey where we ask all members about their salary and employment conditions and about what is important to each member to bring to the collective bargaining process. Finansforbundet encourages you to use your influence and answer the survey. Your input tells us more about you and other members’ needs and requests. And it provides us with a solid and relevant foundation for the negotiations.

If you are a member of Finansforbundet, you will get a direct message via email or e-Boks with a link to the survey.

Your response is important for our negotiations and ultimately for your collective agreement! When you send in your survey, you are also entered into the draw for an iPad and an iWatch.

You can participate in the survey until 28 February.
