At Nordea, a number of super colleagues make a big difference for their colleagues every day by giving 'that little extra'. In the autumn, you had the opportunity to point out and nominate the super colleagues that you know of and send the nominations to us at Finansforbundet in Nordea.
We have received a total of 81 nominations. There has been no shortage of creative elements and good examples of a supreme collegial unity, willingness to make a difference and community. A small jury has been on the difficult task of selecting the six winners of Finansforbundet in Nordea's Skulderklap Prize (pat on the shoulder), who in January will each receive a grant of DKK 5,000 from Finansforbundet in Nordea’s Foundation Fund.

The six recipients of the shoulder flap can look forward to a little extra pampering. On 10 January – two days before Finansforbundet in Nordea's 34th birthday – they are invited to a small treat with Finansforbundet in Nordea at Metro, and afterwards the winners are celebrated with a delicious lunch in Tårnet at Christiansborg.
