The event is part of the Meet & Greet concept, which is organized by Internationals in Finance. On LinkedIn members of IiF have chosen that they would like to know more about DCAI. The Meet & Greet will be in Finansforbundet's newly renovated premises. Peter Skov from DCAI will give a presentation on the organization's mission, activities and cooperation with institutions in the finance sector. DCAI's presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with Peter Skov (DCAI) and participation by experts in the field from Nordea and Danske Bank. Finally, there will be an opportunity to have a sandwich and drink and mingle with finance colleagues.
 

Issues that could be discussed in the panel are

• What importance are you putting on Digital Sovereignty?
   
• Do you have a process for deciding which data can run in public-cloud and which has to stay “at home”?
   
• When looking to implement AI based solutions and/or services: What is the biggest challenge or blocker for you?
   
• What would a perfect scenario be for you if AI was to really optimize your businesses?
   
• Looking at Copilot – can you share some examples of value that this has brought to your organizations?
   
• Training for using AI – how are you training “everybody” and how are you training your AI-experts?
   
• Have you been able to measure the value of the AI projects that you’ve implemented so far? The theory from say McKinsey has been that only like 6% of projects actually end up bringing value… So how’s it going at your companies?
   
• Are there any areas where your earlier decisions or selections has led to current technology lock-ins? Any you can share – and how you’re trying to get free again?
   
• Where are we special in Denmark compared to our neighboring countries – have you experienced good and bad compared to other countries?

Meet the Speakers
Peter Skov: Peter is Sales Director at Danish Centre for AI Innovation (DCAI) which is a company established to run and operate Gefion, Denmark’s first AI supercomputer. DCAI’s mission is to lower the barrier to access the most advanced computing capabilities, and they work with customers from academia, startups, and enterprise to accelerate AI research and innovation. DCAI is funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and by EIFO. Before joining DCAI Peter was one of the first working with cloud-infrastructure.
