As a member of Finansforbundet, you will be part of a community consisting of 62,000 other financial sector employees and you have access to advice on your rights, career and well-being.
Finansforbundet has your back – and that may be of particular value in a time with many changes in the financial sector.
How does a membership affect your rights?
- As a member of Finansforbundet, you are guaranteed support from your union representative who may, for instance, take part in difficult meetings as your companion. Union representatives solely assist our members.
- As a member, you are also invited to a briefing with our legal department and to career interviews.
- Please be advised that if you are not a member and lose your job, Finansforbundet will not be able to provide legal assistance to you. If you join after having received a notice of termination, we do not assist either. You must join us before losing your job to get legal assistance. That is before receiving the actual notice of termination.
