Help us in celebrating the world's best colleagues
It is important to celebrate what we want more of. If you have a super colleague who makes the working days better, nominate him/her for Finansforbundet in Nordea's Skulderklap prize ('pat on the back').
What does it take to be nominated? You decide, but it can be someone who spreads energy, gives extra care or is full of creativity and social initiatives.
Since its start in 1992, Finansforbundet in Nordea has awarded the Skulderklap prize to 211 super-colleagues. Should your colleague be among the next?
Among the nominations, Finansforbundet in Nordea selects a total of six winners, who will be celebrated on Finansforbundet in Nordea's birthday on 12 January 2026, where we end with a tour and lunch at The Workers Museum. The winners also receive a prize of DKK 5,000.
All nominated colleagues are celebrated locally with breakfast or something else together with their team.
How to nominate
You must be at least two colleagues behind the nomination, but you are welcome to be many more (e.g. a team). You can only nominate colleagues working in Denmark, and only members of Finansforbundet in Nordea are eligible for winning the Skulderklap prizes.

The nomination form is in both Danish and English (select language on the first page of the form).
On 8 December, we will announce the names of the six members who have won.
