It's cold and dark ouside, but around Nordea, a number of employees are shining like true superstars, giving their colleagues' mood and well-being a boost.
In the autumn, you had the opportunity to nominate the super colleagues that you know of, and send the nominations to us at Finansforbundet in Nordea. We have received 82 nominations. The nominees have earned the honour for their great efforts for the community by making creative contributions, taking initiatives to strengthen the collegial community and their willingness to make a difference.
Congratulations to all the nominees, who have been celebrated locally with breakfast and surprises and more.
A small jury has been on the difficult task of pointing out the six winners of Finansforbundet in Nordea's Skulderklappet Prize (‘pat on the shoulder’), who each receive a prize of DKK 5000.

The six recipients of the Skulderklappet prize can look forward to a little extra pampering. And this year there is a bit of renewal on that front. On 12 January – on Finansforbundet in Nordea's 35th birthday – the six winners are invited to a small treat at Finansforbundet's newly renovated head office at Christianshavn, and afterwards they will be celebrated with lunch in Cafe og Øl-Halle at The Workers' Museum.
