We at Finansforbundet in Nordea would like to thank you for supporting the community.
In 2024, we have been in dialogue with many of you. This has happened at member meetings, informal talk-and-talk meetings and visibility events at Metro and Hermes Hus, at our Annual General Meeting, and when you locally have invited us. We have also been busy on the phones when we have helped you in your everyday life. We're where you are – physically, virtually and on the phone.
A huge thank you goes to our 150 union, senior union and work environment representatives. You are the voice of your colleagues and the management's sparring partner, who helps to lift well-being and put the important things on the agenda locally. Thank you for your dedicated efforts for the benefit of our members.
A new year is just around the corner. In the spring, focus will on the collective agreement. First, Finansforbundet and Finance Denmark (Employer) will agree on a collective agreement for the entire sector. Afterwards, we will negotiate the collective company agreement with Nordea.
On 21 March, we invite you to the Annual General Meeting in Copenhagen. This year's theme is 'You, me and the future', and this time we have prioritized focusing on being present with you. Therefore, it will be held with physical participation. Find more info here.
