The company collective agreement is the cornerstone of our efforts to maintain and improve salary and employment conditions at Danske Bank.
The agreement is typically renewed every two or three years. The current agreement runs until 31 March 2028.
If you are employed on an individual contract, you will typically benefit from some of the elements negotiated through the collective agreement.
