Union representatives election in Danske Bank

Do you dream of being more for your colleagues? Would you like access to courses suitable for you to be union representative (in Danish abbreviated to TR ) and in-service training in personal development?

Do you want to influence decisions in your area, to get close to your local management and have a steep development curve?

If you are interested in knowing more about being a union representative, you have ended up in the right place.

We have gathered everything you need to know about being a union representative at Danske Bank.

Finansforbundet i Danske Bank wishes a diverse team of union representatives that reflect the employee composition. We share this view with Danske Bank, as the passage of a diverted TR corps is included in the TR agreement we entered into with Danske Bank in 2024.

The union representatives create great value for an organization like ours, and the collaboration contributes positively to our progress and well-being. Feedback on what works and what doesn't is important both for us as colleagues and as an organization. We all need someone to talk to who can help us with confidential sparring and support in difficult situations.
- Carsten Egeriis, CEO, Danske Bank
The work of a union representative can be tough and sometimes challenging, so I am grateful for their efforts. They make a difference for their colleagues, and I also think that union representatives can help many of us see an issue from multiple perspectives.
