How the voting process works

The referendum opens on March 10 – and voting is easy!

The referendum on OK2025 opens on March 10, allowing members to vote on the negotiation outcome agreed upon by Finansforbundet and Finans Danmark / the Employer.

How to Vote

Members will receive a direct notification via email with a voting link. They will also receive additional information about the contents of the agreement via email and can find all details on finansforbundet.dk/ok25 before the referendum begins.

Voting will be open until March 31, when the counting will also take place.

Electronic, Easy, and Secure

The vote is 100% anonymous, and casting your vote is easy and secure.

Each member can vote only once, and it is not possible to change the vote once it has been submitted.

Multiple Ways to Vote

Members can vote in two ways:

  • Via the personal link in the voting email
When the voting opens, all members will receive an email from finansforbundet@mail.assembly-voting.com with a link to the voting system. By using this link, members only need to enter their date of birth to access the vote. This is the easiest way to vote, as the link is unique to each member.
  • Via a general link with authentication
A general voting link will be shared through multiple channels when the referendum opens and throughout the voting period.
Members who use this option will need to log in with MitID to verify their identity.
