To members from AL Sydbank in particular

All the banks in question have entered into collective agreements with Finansforbundet. This means, among other things, that the pay conditions and employment terms are quite similar, but there are differences between the company collective agreement of AL and the standard collective agreement. 

The Danish Act on Transfer of Undertakings guarantees you certain terms until expiry of the current collective agreement.   

The collective agreement of Arbejdernes Landsbank will expire on 31 March 2028, and consequently, the individual terms provided thereunder will remain valid until this date or until other agreements are concluded.
