It's all about ... Annual General Meeting 2026

Dear member,

Do you want to influence the future of our community? And at the same time experience an evening filled with debate, colleague cosiness and fun? Then join us for the Annual General Meeting on Friday 6 March 2026 at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers in Ørestad.

We focus on people, debate, community and influence. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of where the work life is in focus – and where we talk together about what matters in everyday life.

Program

• 18.00-21.30: Annual General Meeting with dinner served along the way
• 21.30: 'Bulfo bingo' by TV host, comedian and lecturer Jan Elhøj with prizes
• From 22.30: Silent Disco or networking and relaxed fun with colleagues

All members can sign up here.

On the same page you can request accommodation. Until 8 December, members outside the current Capital Region of Denmark (and those on Bornholm) have first right – but everyone can already register a wish for accommodation following the first come, first serve principle.

We offer accommodation at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers or the nearby AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen.

The deadline for registration with overnight stays is 15 January. We reserve the right to report sold out before the deadline.

Transport
We cover the cheapest public transport, and we encourage carpooling if you are driving by car.

Language and accessibility
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Danish. If you want interpretation into English, please register no later than 15 January and indicate your wish. It will be possible to vote in Danish as well as English.

Email address
The email confirming your registration will be sent to the email address you have specified as preferred in Finansforbundet's membership system. You can correct it by logging in at the menu at the left side and updating your member profile.

Important dates

• Until 8 December. First right to accommodation for members outside the current Capital Region of Denmark (excluding Bornholm). However, everyone can register a wish for accommodation now
• 15 January: Deadline for registration with accommodation and request for English interpretation
• 22 January: Deadline for submitting proposals or standing for election.
• 5 February: Final agenda, accounts and candidates are published on finansforbundet.dk/FiN-gf2026 (the Danish language site)
• 19 February: Deadline for registration with the right to vote
• 6 March: Annual General Meeting. Look forward to seeing you!
