The member satisfaction survey is one of Finansforbundet’s key tools for measuring how members perceive the value of their membership.

This is why Frank Fredslund Nielsen, vice chairman of Finansforbundet i Danske Bank, is delighted that so many members chose to participate.

"The feedback from our members gives us a fresh and up-to-date picture of areas such as satisfaction, loyalty and whether members would recommend a Finansforbundet membership to others," he says, adding:

The figures show that members of Finansforbundet are generally very satisfied with their membership. Looking more closely at the results, members of Finansforbundet i Danske Bank are among the most satisfied across the organisation.

"What stands out to me is that the overall figures for Finansforbundet are very high, and that members of Finansforbundet in Danske Bank are among the most satisfied in the entire organisation," says Frank Fredslund Nielsen.

For the vice chairman of Finansforbundet i Danske Bank, the results are a great way to start the post-summer period:
