If you are employed under the company collective agreement here at Danske Bank, your salary has increased.
If you are employed under the company collective agreement here at Danske Bank, you may have noticed that your salary has increased during the summer.
As part of last year's collective bargaining negotiations, it was agreed that all employees covered by the company collective agreement would receive a salary increase of 2.5% on 1 July 2026.
If your salary is paid in advance, you could see the increase in the salary you received at the end of June. If you are paid in arrears, you can see the increase on the payslip you have just received.
Your salary will also increase by 2.5% in July 2027.

For employees on an individual contract
If you are employed on an individual contract, you are not covered by the automatic salary increases under the collective agreement and must negotiate your salary yourself.
