Diversity and variety require action
“Diversity and variety don’t happen by chance. Intentional action is needed. We regrettably see stagnation in relation to the representation of women in top management, continued equal pay challenges and job functions that are far too gender-biased. If we truly want a more gender-equal sector, we need to set priorities and take action – starting from the very top.”
