The Power of Questions – communication and collaboration in Finance – In-person attendance

PhD and philosopher Pia Lauritsen has for many years worked with how we can create more meaningful conversations and stronger collaboration through questions. In this workshop, she focuses on the DPO’s reality – where communication with management, dialogue between data controller and data processor, and complex regulations such as GDPR, the AI Act, NIS2, and DORA require precise, constructive questions.

The workshop combines philosophy and practice and helps participants find new ways to communicate in a workday characterized by legislation and responsibility. Pia Lauritsen guides participants through concrete examples and reflective exercises that show how good questions can transform conversations and create shared direction in compliance work.

About the instructor
Pia Lauritsen, PhD in philosophy, author and advisor. She researches the significance of conversation for collaboration, innovation, and leadership, and is the author of several books on question culture and communication.
