AI errors rarely announce themselves. Whether they surface in time depends on your risk culture. One hour on what supervisors expect, and what compliance can do.

Financial institutions now use AI in AML screening, credit assessment and customer advice. It can be a challenge for Compliance to review every model, so whether problems are caught depends on whether people dare to raise them, and on how their concerns are received. In this one-hour webinar, FU takes you through the theory and the regulation behind a sound AI risk culture: from the FSB's risk culture indicators and the Danish rules on sound corporate culture and whistleblowing to the AI literacy obligation in the AI Act as amended in 2026.

Learning outcomes

  • You understand what supervisors mean by risk culture, and where AI risk culture is anchored in Danish financial regulation
  • You know what the AI Act's AI literacy obligation requires after the 2026 amendments, and what it does not require
  • You understand why concerns about AI systems stall, and how an escalation conversation is built

The webinar is built as one argument in four parts. We start with the supervisory definitions of risk culture and the FSB's four indicators, and then look at three ways AI puts pressure on a culture, from automation bias to a quiet loss of competence. Finally, we look at psychological safety and escalation.
