Vibe Coding 101 I introduces a new paradigm in software development, where artificial intelligence (AI) – particularly large language models (LLMs) – is used to generate code from natural language rather than writing code manually.

Who should attend?

The workshop is aimed at software developers and IT architects. Due to the extensive hands‑on exercises, this workshop is aimed at participants with advanced coding skills.

In this workshop, you will gain a solid understanding of the technology, its opportunities and its challenges. There is no magic button, but everyone can be supported in creating significant value with Vibe Coding.

What you will gain

  • A basic understanding of Vibe Coding
  • Insight into the opportunities – from idea to prototype in hours
  • An understanding of the limitations – you cannot simply write “build a complete payment infrastructure from scratch”
  • Learn how to use frameworks and tools to significantly improve code quality
  • Experience how ideas can be translated into prototypes within hours

We are gradually moving towards a reality where software is no longer developed primarily in PHP, C# or Java, but increasingly through natural language – in practice, English.

AI agents are already here, and they are highly capable when it comes to writing code. However, they require clear direction, well-defined boundaries and precise communication. In this workshop, you will learn the core techniques and tools needed to succeed with Vibe Coding – including how to apply it responsibly in production environments.

The day begins with arrival and breakfast, followed by a setup session where participants configure their tools to match their individual level and experience.

This is followed by a welcome and an introduction to Vibe Coding and AI-assisted software development. After the introduction, the Vibe Coding framework is presented, with a focus on SpecDriven Development.

Participants then work on an exercise that continues after lunch and the break. Later in the day, a demo is presented, and experiences are shared among participants. The workshop concludes with a joint wrapup of the day.
