Get ready for the competence needs of the future

The Finance Competence Fund (Finanskompetencepuljen) is your way to further develop your competencies. Both you and your team can apply for education and competence development. The educational programmes are carefully selected to support the competence needs of the future.

For employees, self-employed, part-time employees and trainees

The first three months membership of det trade union are free.

For students and apprentices

The union is free for the first year. After that, you pay 20 DKK per month.

Selected benefits

  • 12 months of union membership for 0 DKK
  • Contents insurance for 0 DKK
  • Access to over 250 courses per year, for example Excel and VBA
  • Advice on well-being, student jobs and career matters
  • Advice on well-being, student jobs and career matters
  • Right to unemployment benefits after finishing your studies
  • Free membership of the unemployment insurance (for a maximum of 5 years)

For the unemployed

The first three months are free. Your membership fee is reduced during periods of unemployment.
