New Year’s Resolutions for Dummies
How to stick to your goals like a champ!
Event with “surrounded by monkeys” – February 4th at 4pm - 5:30 pm on Teams

Did you ever wonder why all the smart and well-intentioned people make the same New Year’s resolutions each year just to break them with clockwork precision, surely before the end of January?
And isn’t it fascinating that the most dangerous place at the beginning of the year is… a gym? Yes - an overcrowded gym – full of overly eager, super inspired, extremely motivated people. It is a truly frightening place that should be avoided, until about 14th of Jan (after that date you should be free to go again).
So maybe we got this whole personal goal setting exercise wrong, with the only tools to get us there being willpower and motivation?
Emil Dietrich, Konrad Piotrowicz and Michael Olinger will take you for a trip to expose why willpower and motivation are over-exaggerated, what a behavioural problem is, and how to use habit principles to your own advantage, so that you can design New Year Resolutions for Dummies and stick to your goals like a champ!
